Tacuarembó Fútbol Club, usually known simply as Tacuarembó, is a Uruguayan football club based in Tacuarembó.

History

Like the inner-country team Rocha, Tacuarembó is a super merge of 21 different clubs, and represents all of the department it is located in, except for the city of Paso de los Toros. The team was relegated to the Second Division after finishing 15th in the 2010–11 season.

Tacuarembó Fútbol Club er en uruguayansk fodboldklub, der spiller i den uruguayanske anden division, Segunda División. Holdet blev grundlagt i 1942 og har base i byen Tacuarembó. Tacuarembós hjemmebane er Estadio Raúl Goyenola, som har en kapacitet på 12.000 tilskuere.

Tacuarembó har vundet én stor titel, Segunda División-mesterskabet i 2004. Holdet har også nået finalen i Copa Uruguay ved tre lejligheder, senest i 2019.
